2007 has been an exciting year. Together with our growing list of valued financial institution and wireless carrier partners like AT&T, Firethorn is making the market for mobile financial services.

• In January, we secured additional funding and confirmed our board consisting of proven leaders across the financial services, technology and telecommunications industries. Shortly after, we were named an emerging “Mobile Player to Watch.”
• In March, we brought the nation’s first financial institution live with mobile banking in BancorpSouth, and added Wachovia, SunTrust and Regions Bank to our All-Star list of network partners.
• This fall, we added America First Credit Union and Arvest Bank Group as partners, and soon thereafter we were selected by Verizon Wireless as its preferred provider for mobile financial services.
• In November , in partnership with AT&T, Wachovia and SunTrust, we announced the first nationwide rollout of mobile banking and went retail with the first AT&T wireless handsets featuring the Firethorn solution pre-loaded. To accompany this, we launched the nation’s most comprehensive marketing push specifically dedicated to educating and encouraging adoption of this exciting new channel.

It’s only November. We’re just getting started.

This will include the ability to make contactless payments at point-of-sale terminals for maximum efficiency and convenience.
