Firethorn has a detailed, customizable training program that fully trains bank employees on both the mobile banking product and the administrative site for maximum customer service. Firethorn has banking professionals on staff full time who developed our training programs from the ground up and are continually improving the curriculum.

Firethorn offers a certification training program for the financial institution’s designated key employees who will serve as authorized contacts, management contacts, administrative users, customer support supervisors, customer support representatives and staff trainers.

Firethorn prepares key employees to use, administer, support and train additional staff for a successful launch of mobile banking services by using an interactive training environment which simulates the entire customer experience.

Furthermore, Firethorn prepares the financial institution’s training staff to deliver subsequent certification training classes to customer service employees.
